David Heringer, Dean of Enrollment Services, received his bachelor's degree from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana, and a master's degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota.  He is entering his 23rd year as an enrollment professional.  David is married to Christina and they have two children, Emma and Evan.

Tim Akin,  Enrollment Services Representative, graduated from Lyon College in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. While in college, Tim served as a member of Mortar Board, Chi Beta Phi, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, men's soccer and Model UN.  He is the representative for Southwestern AR, Texas, Hawaii and Louisiana.

Jennifer Cross,  Enrollment Services Representative, graduated from Lyon College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art.  While at Lyon, Jennifer was a member of Kappa Pi, Women's Golf Team, and was the Vice President of Alpha Xi Delta.  Jennifer is the Transfer and International Student representative.

Josh Manning, Enrollment Services Representative, graduated from Lyon College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and went on to obtain a Masters degree in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.  Josh loved Lyon so much that he returned in 2008 to serve his alma mater.  While a student at Lyon he was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, Editor-in-Chief of the Highlander student newspaper, and President of the Student Government Association.  His interests include politics, Christianity, hunting, and computers.  He is the representative for Independnce County and all of North Central AR,      AK, MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, MI and  all  of MO excluding the bootheel counties.

Jeff A. Roper,  Enrollment Services Representative, graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Religion.  Before joining the Lyon admissions team, Jeff was the Activities and Recreation Director at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.  Jeff has also worked in several other capacities with Presbyterian Church (USA).  He is the representative for Eastern AR, the bootheel area of MO, TN, MS, all other Eastern States contigious to AR.

Dan Rutledge, Regional Director for Enrollment Services, came to Lyon College from St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where he served as Director of Admissions. Prior to his tenure at St. Gregory’s, Dan worked in admissions at Oklahoma City University. At both St. Gregory’s and OCU, Dan made numerous recruiting trips throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. Before that Dan also served as a high school teacher and coach in the Little Rock area. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma. Dan and his wife LeeAnn have two grown children. Dan will be working with students from NW Arkansas, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, ID, NV, CA, OR, and WA.
